MAKE, v.t. pret. and pp. made.
1. To compel; to constrain.
They should be made to rise at an early hour.
2. To form of materials; to fashion; to mold into shape; to cause to exist in a different form, or as a distinct thing.
He fashioned it with a graving tool, after he had made it a molten calf. Exodus 32.
